This Privacy Policy explains how Gridiron Dynasty (the “App,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use it. Gridiron Dynasty is a single-player college-football management simulation. We try to collect as little as possible.
Information We Collect
- Game data stays on your device. Your saves, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device (in the app’s local storage). We do not transmit, sell, or collect your game data on our servers.
- No account required. The App does not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
- Third-party services may collect data. To show ads and process purchases, the App uses third-party providers that may automatically collect technical data:
- Advertising (e.g., Google AdMob): a device advertising identifier (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID), IP address, general device information, and ad-interaction data, used to serve and measure ads.
- In-app purchases (Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat): purchase transactions, receipts, and anonymized purchase identifiers, used to deliver, validate, and restore your purchases.
How We Use Information
- To run the game and remember your progress on your device.
- To display advertising and measure its performance.
- To process, validate, and restore in-app purchases (including “Remove Ads” and “Gridiron Pro”).
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.

Advertising & Your Choices
The App may show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are entirely opt-in. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings:
- iOS: when prompted by App Tracking Transparency, choose “Ask App Not to Track,” or adjust Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads to reset or opt out of your advertising ID.
Purchasing Remove Ads or Gridiron Pro turns off banner and interstitial ads.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required, ads are served in a non-personalized manner.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because your game data lives only on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the App. For data handled by the ad or purchase providers above, please use their controls or contact them directly. Data Retention & Security
Game data is retained on your device until you delete it. Data held by third-party providers is retained per their policies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
